Second Semester

Once second semester rolls around it feels as though when you refer to last semester you are talking about last year or an event that occurred a long time ago, I can't tell you how many times I've heard people say (myself included)

"Oh him, haha oh no no we just had a thing last semester, no I'm totally over it, I mean it was last semester"

or

"I remember last semester when we used to fuck like on the regular, but this semester I'm looking for some freshmeat"

You get what I'm saying. The point is, first semester your freshman year was like a trial run, you found out the good bars, hooked up with some losers and some winner, but most likely mostly losers. (Bummer) But hey, new semester, new start. We now know the best bars to go to, the players, the wanna-be players (and let me tell you there are more wanna-be's than there are actually players). We found out who got hitched and by hitched I mean they got roped in by the sophomores who just couldn't stick to their own kind, they had to take the few freshman we had for themselves. Bitches. Thats fine, because come next semester, were probably going to do the same to the incoming new freshman lookers. WATCH OUT FRESHMAN.


The funny thing too about second semester is that you have most likely established some awkward situations with people who were either in your classes last semester or who you had a "fling" with. I know that, as sad as this pains me to say, the beautiful boy from my english class and I do not see eachother nearly as much as we did. We no longer exchange the typical class-oriented texts, that I so looked forward too nor can I look forward to the PJ's "dates". Ahh well, heres to enjoying the classes we have now and the pretty people in them this semester and lets hope that we can still stay in touch next semester, even though there won't be any notes I can give to you or answers or papers I can write for you. Cheers. Okay, it's time to get ready for 50 cent night. !
